Public Assistance Requested In Search For Domestic Violence Subject
The Panama City Police Department is requesting the Community’s assistance in locating Roy Xavier Walker, 22 years of age. Warrants for Walker’s arrest have been issued for principle to armed robbery and resisting arrest without violence. Walker is being charged with these crimes based on an investigation into the CVS robbery that occurred on September 12, 2009.
It is believed that Walker drove Kyle Dunklin to the CVS and Dunklin robbed the store. Then Walker drove Dunklin away from the area and abandoned the vehicle.
